2. What data do we collect?

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this service.

Uploaded photos are stored on our platform for display and rating purposes. They remain available until removed by the operator or upon your request.

Ratings (star values and timestamps) are stored anonymously to calculate average scores. They contain no personally identifiable information.

IP addresses are transmitted to our hosting infrastructure (Supabase) as part of standard web requests. We do not intentionally store or process IP addresses ourselves.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. All use of diqRATOR is fully anonymous.

3. Local storage (browser)

We use your browser's localStorage — not cookies — to store two small pieces of data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

age_verified stores a simple confirmation that you have accepted the age requirement. This prevents the age gate from appearing on every visit.

diqrator_rated_ids stores a list of photo IDs you have already rated in this browser. This prevents the same photo from being shown to you twice.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or local storage.

4. No tracking, no analytics

We do not use:

• Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Advertising trackers
• Fingerprinting

5. Third-party services

We use Supabase (supabase.com) as our database and file storage provider. Uploaded photos and rating data are stored on Supabase servers. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf.

6. Data transfers

Supabase may store data on servers located outside your country. By using diqRATOR, you acknowledge that your uploaded content may be processed and stored internationally.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, including:

• The right to access data associated with your content
• The right to request deletion of your uploaded photo

Since all uploads are anonymous, we can only identify your content via your DIQ-ID. To request removal of your photo, contact us at info@diqrator.com and include your DIQ-ID.

8. Data retention

Uploaded photos are retained until:

• The operator removes them manually
• You request deletion via your DIQ-ID

Anonymous rating data (star values, counts) may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.

9. Children's privacy

This service is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If you believe a minor has used this service, please contact us immediately.
